The Web of One
For twenty-five years, the web served everyone the same page. Millions of websites, each built once and shown identically to fifty million strangers, because the economics of the old web demanded it. We believe that era is over. Generative AI has collapsed the cost of speaking to one person, in their language, about their exact trip, and the end state of segmentation is not a smaller segment but a segment of exactly one. It maps the road ahead: from the many, to the persona, to the individual traveler, and finally to a web that meets travelers wherever they already are, no website required.
“We believe the Web of One leads to the Web of None, where the knowledge behind our websites meets travelers in whatever medium they choose...”

Building Our Factory of the Future
Before there was a memory layer, there had to be a machine that could learn. This paper describes the operating philosophy behind TravelAI: a virtual factory that builds the thing that builds the thing. Automate the 80%!o(MISSING)f work every business shares, so our people, and now our agents, can pour themselves into the 20%!t(MISSING)hat's ours alone. The point was never automation for its own sake. It was to build an engine efficient enough to make travel better for a billion people, and human enough to keep its soul. That engine is what turned a portfolio of brands into a distribution layer.
“Our job, and humanity's job, is to infuse the soul into the machine.”

February 2025 · The AI Power Shift
The Third Voice
If the factory was about how we build, the Third Voice is about what's changing in the market we build for. Travel has always been a two sided marketplace: travelers and suppliers. AI introduces a third participant: agents that don't just assist, but decide, negotiate, and act. We argued that whoever holds this Third Voice will shape the customer experience for the next decade, and that it must be aligned to the interests travelers and suppliers already share. That alignment question is a trust question, and it's why the protocol layer matters as much as the agents themselves.
“Soon, you won't just search for travel. Travel will come to you.”

2026 · The portable memory layer
Traveler.md
Capable agents are here. But every one of them is an amnesiac. Each conversation starts from zero, each preference explained again. We call it the amnesia tax, and every traveler pays it. This paper makes the case for the missing layer: a portable, human readable memory the traveler owns and grants to any agent, app, or service they choose. Traveler.md is who you are. Trip.md is what you're planning. The connected trip isn't a journey assembled inside one platform. It's a trip that stays connected to the person.
“We believe a traveler's memory should travel with them.”

2026 - Governance
Next: Governance
The fifth paper takes on the hardest requirement: how enterprises adopt traveler memory without losing control of it. Consent, audit, replay, and the machinery that makes an agentic network defensible in a boardroom, not just impressive in a demo.
